  • In this challenge you will learn how to eat and enjoy the healthiest foods on the planet. The foods humans were designed to eat. The foods that your body has been quietly begging for to turn your health and weight around.

  • As this is a super short challenge, I want you to put all of your heart and energy behind it. Expect nothing less than perfection in regards to your food choices this week. How else will you truly be able to gauge if this is the plan for you if you don't give it a 100% effort?

  • It is simple healthy eating designed to detoxify and nourish your body. You will learn how to plan and prepare the healthiest most satisfying meals. You won't go hungry. In fact, you can eat as much as you want of the 4 categories of food without restriction. There is no weighing or measuring.
