This recipe is a great addition to your salad for a different flavour profile from the standard tabouleh. Most salads of this type are loaded with fat and oils, but this is totally fat and oil free so enjoy as much as you like. For a change of flavour and texture, substitute rice for quinoa but follow the package directions for cooking time.
